New York Style L-Hinge
The New York style L hinge is used for exterior shutters hung flush with the casing (full inset). The L hinge measures 4 1/4 inches vertical and 5 inches horizontal. The exterior hinge is offered in three differing offsets - .5 inch, 1.25 inch and 2.25 inch. The pintel is sold separately in the same offsets. By combining the offsets of the hinge and pintel, the overall offset can be determined. Loose joint hinges permit easy hanging and removal of shutters. The hinge is constructed from heavy duty steel and is powder coated black. This product is sold by the set and a set includes 4 hinges.
