New York L-Hinge and Pintel Set - black
The New York style L hinge is used for exterior shutters hung flush with the casing (full inset). The L hinge measures 4 1/4 inches vertical and 5 inches horizontal. The width of the pintel plate is 1 1/8 inch by a height of 3 1/8 inch. The exterior hinge set is offered in two differing offsets. For wood, stucco or siding applications, a 2 1/16 inch offset is available. For brick applications, a 4 1/8 inch offset is available. Loose joint hinges permit easy hanging and removal of shutters. The hinge is constructed from a steel base material. This product is sold by the set and a set includes 4 hinges and 4 pintels which will allow installation of a pair of exterior shutters.
